1:1 Design Chat Policy

Pearl Dazzle offers 1:1 design chats to provide focused, personalized guidance throughout the custom costume design process.

Design Communication Platform (2026–2027 Season)

For the 2026–2027 season and beyond, all design communication will take place exclusively through our official Pearl Dazzle Telegram Messenger @Pearldazzle

Purpose of the 1:1 Design Chat

The 1:1 design chat is intended to:

• Review your submitted Design Form
  Please ensure your Design Form is fully and thoughtfully completed before the chat.
  This allows us to clearly understand your preferences and design direction.
  We strongly recommend completing the form together with your dancer and/or coach.

• Confirm measurements prior to the chat
  Accurate measurements are required before the design chat.
  Measurements are necessary for us to provide appropriate design guidance and an accurate quote.

• Discuss design direction, colors, and overall concept
  If you decide to change your design direction, a new Design Form must be submitted prior to the chat.
  Please provide as much detail as possible.

• Clarify details needed to create your sketch
  All sketch-related discussions will take place within the scheduled 60-minute session.

• Answer design-related questions within the scheduled time
  Please come prepared with your questions.
  Discussions extending beyond 60 minutes will require an additional design chat.

This session is intended for one primary design concept only and is not meant for unlimited revisions or multiple new design ideas.

Time & Fee Policy

• Each 1:1 design chat includes up to 60 minutes

• A $50 design chat fee is required to schedule the initial appointment

• The $50 fee is applied toward your total costume balance when the appointment is attended as scheduled

• Any additional or extended design chats require a new $50 fee, which is self-paid and not applied toward the total balance

• We kindly ask clients to respect the scheduled time and work closely with us to ensure an efficient and productive session

Why Is There a $50 Design Chat Fee?

Each 1:1 design chat reserves a dedicated one-hour time slot with our designer.

In previous seasons, missed appointments or “just browsing” sessions prevented other committed clients from securing production spots.
The $50 design chat fee helps ensure:

• Fair and responsible scheduling

• Reserved time for clients ready to move forward

• A smooth and focused design process

The fee is credited toward your total balance when the appointment is attended as scheduled.

Missed or late appointments will not extend the scheduled chat time.
If you arrive late or miss your appointment, a new design chat must be booked.

Design Scope & Limitations

• Each design chat is limited to one primary design concept

• The session does not include unlimited revisions or multiple design concepts

• All requests must align with the selected package level

• Pearl Dazzle reserves the right to decline requests that cannot be fulfilled due to design limitations, timeline constraints, or production capacity

By booking a 1:1 design chat, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and understand that the session time is reserved exclusively for you.
