Every Pearl Dazzle costume is custom-made to sparkle brighter than the rest. We no longer provide separate price quotes—simply choose your package below and we’ll design within that package’s scope.

🎯 How It Works — No Quotes, Just Pick a Package

  1. Pick your package (Shine, Sparkle, Dazzle, or Recap).
  2. Book your delivery month and pay the deposit on the Solo or Group page.
  3. Submit your Design Form (Jazz / Lyrical / Contemporary) with notes and inspiration.
  4. Sketch phase happens according to your package (see below). Provide clear feedback.
  5. Approve design → pay the 50% production deposit.
  6. Submit measurements via our form (custom sizing only; +1" growth allowance added by default).
  7. We produce & ship during your booked month. Final balance due before shipping.

Important: Package selection defines the design scope (sketch count, revisions, fabric tier, rhinestone level, accessories). We design within that scope—no pre-design quote needed.

💫 Packages & What’s Included

All Pearl Dazzle packages include more rhinestones than typical brands—sparkle is our standard.

  • Shine (Solo from $500+)
    1 sketch + 1 revision · Standard fabrics (spandex/mesh/velvet) · Good rhinestone coverage · Simple cut (1–2 pieces) · 1–2 accessories
  • Sparkle (Solo from $750+)
    1 sketch + up to 2 revisions · Premium fabrics (foiled/lace/metallic blends) · A lot of rhinestones + appliqué OR fringe/skirt/back feather · 2 accessories · Priority design communication
  • Dazzle (Solo from $1,000+)
    2 sketches + up to 2 revisions each · Couture construction · Unlimited premium fabrics (velvet/lace/foiled/full feathers, etc.) · Full rhinestone coverage · 2–3 accessories · Priority communication

Duet/Trio & Groups: All dancers must use the same package level. Group sketching is shared across the set:
Shine & Sparkle = 1 group sketch + up to 2 revisions · Dazzle = 2 group sketches + up to 2 revisions each.
Multi-dancer discounts (per dancer): Duet/Trio 5% · Group 4–9 10% · Studio 10+ 15%.

♻️ Recap Style (Color Change Only)

  • Based on a previous Pearl Dazzle design (no full redesign)
  • No sketch · Custom sizing · Color updates · Small motif/appliqué adjustments
  • Faster process & lower price than full custom (Solo from $450+; group discounts apply)

Note: Recaps are limited to our past collections and cannot include major changes. Larger studio orders may qualify for additional savings—please ask.

🎨 Sketch Rules (by Package)

  • Shine: 1 sketch + 1 revision
  • Sparkle: 1 sketch + up to 2 revisions
  • Dazzle: 2 sketches + up to 2 revisions each
  • Recap: No sketch

Full style change after approval: $250 new sketch (includes 1 revision), even on Dazzle.

⏳ Production Timeline (Important!)

We begin working on your order about 3 months before your booked delivery month (e.g., November delivery → work begins in September).

🚚 Shipping & Turnaround

Normally, turnaround time starts once your design is confirmed, the 50% production deposit is paid, and measurements are received.

  • Busy Season (Jul–Mar): 6–8 weeks
  • Off-Season (Apr–Jun): 4–6 weeks
  • Rush: +$200 (busy) / +$100 (off-season), ~4 weeks if capacity allows
  • USA: FedEx 2-Day Express
  • International: FedEx Priority (3–5 business days, $45)

Ship timing is typically ~1 week before or after your delivery month. Your selected date is an estimate; delivery is guaranteed within your booked month, not an exact day.

📌 Policies & Communication

  • Deposits are non-refundable (may roll to next season if approved early)
  • No included alterations; local tailoring at customer’s expense
  • Tamper-proof tag required; removal voids eligibility for adjustments/returns
  • Respectful communication required; we may decline service based on past interactions
