We’re beyond excited to announce that bookings for the 2025/26 season are officially open! 🎉 As a valued customer, you have first dibs to lock in your ship date before bookings go public. Last season was our busiest yet, and to maintain the exceptional quality and care in every Pearl Dazzle costume, we’re limiting the number of bookings we accept. With over 50 spots already filled, we’re no longer accepting year-round bookings—once spots are gone, they’re gone!

How It Works:

• ✅ Reserve your spot with a $100 non-refundable deposit (credited toward your final balance).
• ✅ Choose your design later—this deposit simply secures your place in our schedule.
• ✅ Enjoy priority access before bookings close.

📆 How to Book a Custom Costume

Booking Steps:

1. Choose a Delivery Date: Select a date at least 2–3 weeks before you need the costume to account for shipping. We recommend booking 8–10 weeks in advance (see Booking Process).
2. Submit Your Design Form: Complete your design form at least 2 months before your delivery date (Jazz: Jazz Design Sketch Form; Lyrical: Lyrical Design Form).
3. Finalize the Design: We’ll work with you to finalize your design, including a rough sketch for new designs (see Design & Customization).
4. Production Deposit: Once the design is confirmed, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required to begin production. For rush orders, full payment is due upfront.
5. Production & Shipping: Your costume will be crafted and shipped to arrive by your selected delivery date. The remaining 50% balance is due before shipping.

🎨 Custom Sketch Process

For new designs, we provide a rough sketch to ensure every detail is perfect:

• Sketch Fee: $100 (included in your total cost). If you cancel after receiving the sketch, this fee is non-refundable.
• Revisions: Three free revisions are included (excluding complete style changes).
• Style Changes: A new sketch for a complete style change (e.g., from contemporary to jazz) costs an additional $100, including three free revisions.

📏 Sizing & Measurements

We create custom-sized costumes for a perfect fit, so accurate measurements are required:

• ❌ We do not use size charts—custom measurements are mandatory.
• ✔️ Have a professional tailor measure your dancer, or follow our guide.

💎 Pricing & Policies

Pricing:

• ✨ Solo Costumes: Starting at $350 (previously $300, updated to match FAQ).
• ✨ Group Costumes: Pricing varies—discounts for 10+ costumes (contact us).
• ✨ High-end Swarovski Crystal Designs: Starting at $1200.

Shipping Timelines:

• 📌 Custom costumes ship 1 week before your selected delivery date (may vary).
• 📌 USA Shipping: FedEx 2-Day Express only (no USPS/UPS).
• 📌 International Shipping: Flat rate $35 (FedEx Priority, 3–5 days).

Booking Restrictions & Policies:

• 🚫 Alterations: We do not offer free alterations for fitting issues. Our computerized sizing ensures 99% accuracy if measurements are correct. For measurement errors, we offer adjustments at a flat $80 fee (includes shipping, fabric, labor; 3–4 weeks). See Sizing Policy.
• 📌 Tagging Policy (May 2025): Costumes include tamper-proof anti-wardrobing tags. If tags are removed or tampered with, no returns or exchanges are accepted, even for verified errors (see Policies & Returns).
• 📌 Booking Rights: We reserve the right to decline bookings based on past interactions.
• 📌 Communication: Professional and respectful communication is expected—disrespectful behavior may result in cancellation.
• 📌 Deposits: The $100 deposit is non-refundable. If plans change, we can apply it to the next season upon request.
• 📌 Ready-to-Ship Orders: Once a sketch is delivered and the process starts, a $100 sketch fee applies if canceled.
