Design Sketch Process

1. Non-Refundable Deposit:
   
• To begin your design process, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. This deposit will be applied towards your final costume cost if you decide to proceed.
• Once the deposit is secured, you are required to fill out the Design Form. All sketches will be based entirely on the details and references you provide in this form.
2. Initial Confirmation:
   
• We will confirm your design preferences and style based on your submission.
• Our team may reach out for additional clarification to ensure we capture your vision accurately.
3. First Sketch:
   
• Our designers will create the first sketch reflecting your ideas and preferences.
• You will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback.
4. Three Free Revisions:
   
• You are entitled to three free revisions for adjustments to the design. This includes minor changes such as adjustments to straps, appliques, or embellishments.
• Major changes, like altering the entire style, may require a new design sketch and an additional $100 fee.
5. Additional Revisions:
   
• If more than three revisions are requested, each additional revision will incur an extra charge of $50 per revision.
6. Style Changes:
   
• If you decide to completely change the design style (e.g., switching from Style A to Style B), this will require a new design sketch with an additional $100 fee. This will also include three free revisions for the new style.
7. Design Fee Credit:
   
• If you choose to move forward with the costume after the sketch is approved, the $100 design fee will be credited toward the final cost of your custom costume

Booking and Deposits

• To secure your design and preferred ship date, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required.

• Our design process begins 2-3 months before your delivery date. Please be mindful when selecting your ship date to avoid any tight deadlines.
• If you have not received confirmation from us, please reach out 2-3 months before your scheduled delivery to ensure everything is on track.

Important Notes:

• No Refunds or Exchanges: The design fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Concepts are reserved for paying customers: We do not provide design concepts or sketches without the reservation deposit.
• Original Designs Only: We do not replicate designs from other designers. We can, however, take inspiration and create something unique in our style.
• Material Availability: If a requested material is out of stock, we will suggest alternatives. Failure to respond within 24-48 hours may result in us selecting the closest option.
• Change Fee: Any changes made to the design after sketch approval will incur a $150 change fee.

Pearl Dazzle reserves the right to update or modify this design policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated via email or text.
