• The mannequin used for photos is one-size-fits-all and may not showcase the best fit for your costume.
• All custom costumes are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or altered by us.
• While we take great pride in our craftsmanship and strive for perfection, please understand that slight imperfections may occasionally occur due to the nature of handmade work. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering a costume that upholds the highest standards of quality and artistry.
• As every piece is handmade, minor adjustments may sometimes be needed. If alterations are necessary, a local seamstress can often make quick, precise adjustments with your dancer present. Please note that we do not offer alteration services as our seamstress is not local.
• We aim to stay as true to the sketch as possible; however, some designs introduce us to new creative challenges. In such cases, we carefully select alternatives to enhance the overall aesthetic and ensure the final costume looks stunning. Additionally, minor variations in materials or colors may occur due to factors like lighting or the availability of specific appliqués or fabrics.

• 【Fabric colors】

  Please note that the fabric colors may vary slightly from the sketch due to differences in monitor displays and personal vision. This is especially true for unique or nuanced colors, as fabric batches from the factory can have slight variations over time. We will do our best to match the colors as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact match for all colors.

1.【Booking and Deposits】
To secure your custom order with The Pearl Dazzle, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is necessary to reserve your preferred ship date, subject to availability.
Complete your booking by clicking "Book Now" below. The non-refundable deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your costume.

We advise careful consideration when selecting your delivery date. Our production timeline begins 2-3 months prior to your chosen date to ensure timely completion. We prioritize avoiding tight schedules to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances. Providing ample time allows us to dedicate the necessary attention to crafting your costume.

*Concepts or design ideas will not be provided without a reservation deposit.

2【.Design and Production】
We do not replicate designs from other designers, but we can take inspiration from them and create a unique design in our own style.
Base costumes only are not offered.
The customer acknowledges that slight variations may occur in applique/stonework when remaking previous designs due to the custom nature of our work.

3.【Materials and Changes】
We will not be held liable for damage or mistakes resulting from embellishment, including overstretching and non-stretching due to stone placement.
If requested fabric, applique, rhinestone, or fringe/feathers are not in stock, we will provide alternative options. Failure to respond within 24 to 48 hours may result in us selecting the closest alternative without guarantee.
Any changes made to the design, including fabric, after approval will incur a change fee of $150.

4.【Payment and Pricing】
All sales are final, and returns are not accepted on costumes.
Ready-to-ship custom costumes start at $300 for standard sizes and increase based on design, embellishment, sizing, and labor.
Youth/adult custom costumes start at $400 for standard sizes and increase based on design, embellishment, sizing, and labor.
Balances must be paid within 72 hours of receiving your final invoice; otherwise, the deposit and costume will be forfeited.

5.【Shipping and Delivery】
Your costume will be shipped only after the final balance has been paid in full. We offer FedEx 2-Day shipping, with tracking numbers provided once the costume has been dispatched. We do ship internationally.
We primarily use FedEx priority shipping unless an alternative carrier is requested and paid for by the customer. Once the package is in the carrier's care, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged items.

6.【Communication】
For all order-related communication, please direct your inquiries to contact info@thepearldazzle.com. Kindly allow 48-72 hours for a response. If you have a preferred communication method, please inform us. We maintain a single method to ensure efficient record-keeping and to keep everything on track.
